About us
In the year 2013, in the heart of New York City, DJ Dan Darlington ignited a spark that would transform the gay party scene in the city by creating BRÜT, the largest underground LGBTQ+ event for everyone. Primarily centered on men in leather and fetish gear, it celebrated confident libertine energy, diversity, and the freedom to express oneself without judgment. It all started at Santos Party House with a symphony of master beats of incredible House Tech, awakening everyone's soul, and soon after, BRÜT became the most popular gay event in New York.
It didn't take too long for the house music haven in New York to rapidly escalate and expand all over the USA within the LGBTQ+ crowds, gathering thousands of people in different cities from all over the world to attend popular parties such as Halloween in Los Angeles, San Francisco Folsom, San Francisco Dore Alley, Pride in San Francisco, Pride in New York, Palm Springs Pride, White Party Weekend in Palm Springs, Chicago IML and St. Patrick's Day, Chicago Market Days, Bear Week, and Carnival in Provincetown, as well as one of the most popular gay cruises in New York. Rising to the occasion with over a decade of bringing people from all identities and backgrounds together, creating a sex-positive, a judgment-free and safe space for our community, the BRÜT Party also hosts various events on random weekends, daring to do so when no regular circuit party would.
